Default HID Fogs & Switchbacks

Well, I wanted to give my input on a new set of HID fogs and Switchbacks I just picked up from Corvette Mods. I have been looking at both these products for several months and doing some research. I have found that they make your car stand out from the crowd, so with that I decided to take the plunge and start looking for a set to buy. I have bought several products from Neal at Corvette Mods and always got great service and great products. So when I saw these items on his site, I knew that they were meant for me to order. So with the decision made, the order placed I waited for them to arrive. As always both products were shipped promptly and securely wrapped. Now that they were in hand, it was time to get to installing them. I was a little worried because it did require me to take the front part of my car apart to get to the lights that needed to be changed and to tap some wires, So away I went.

The install was straight forward with the instructions that were sent with both kits. It took me about 2 hours to complete the entire set up. I took my time and read the instructions over and over just to make sure that I was not missing anything. It is so much easier to get to all the lights and wires if you take the front tires off. By doing this you are able to get completely in the wheel well and make the connections and to find a place to mount the Resistors and Ballast with the kits.

So, by now I guess you are all wondering what I truly think. I will tell you I LOVE IT!!! The switchback are unbelievable. During the day they run Orange just like the original bulbs, but they are brighter. When I turn on the headlights they turn a bright white, that just enhances the front of the car. Then the magic happens, turn on the blinker and the light flashes Orange. Now for the HID Fogs, I rarely used the stock ones because they were an off yellow. They really took away from the look. These HID's should be on the car when you buy it. I now love driving with the lights on, they complement the Headlights and the Switchback. Bottom line with both these kits you will get everything you have ever wanted and the front of your car will get the complements that the rest of the car gets.

If you are looking for that exotic look and want a vendor that you can trust to back the product, look to Neal from Corvette Mods. You will not have to worry about the products and will know that he is there to back up what he sells and to get the products to you fast and safely. Thanks for another great set of products for my Vette Neal. I will be looking for the next great thing that you bring to the table.

I have added some pics of the products below:
