Hey all, I wanted to see if anyone here has been through the Lemon Law process?
Specifically what happens when my 2007 corvette convertible its deemed a lemon by GM outside the court room? I know about the law and where to find it but it does not specify anything about extended warranties that were purchased with the car or services (like: OnStar, XM radio, or regular vehicle maintenance.) Can I expect to see any of these expenses back if GM specifies a vehicle repurchase in accordance with the Lemon Law? And lastly who decides the final amount to be paid back to me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance
Just went through the lemon law process with a 2010 dodge ram laramie that I bought new, and had to sue chrysler. It was a long hassle and took 8 months start to finish to have a check in my hand. Lots of frustration and paperwork, but if the courts already said it was a lemon your halfway through. I was also reimbursed 3k of accessories I had put into the truck and 10% on the msrp on the whole thing for chrysler being a bunch of idiots. Pm me for any advice or details. Rich
