2008 Battery Replace
I am about to replace the battery on my 2008 and besides for re-indexing the windows, is there anything else I need to know or do?

No. Just replaced the battery in my '08 a couple weeks ago and all I had to do was re-index the windows.

One thing is to NOT remove the small nuts on the battery clamps...many have been lost and they are very hard to replace. They are meant to be LOOSENED but not removed.

My nav system went nuts until I recalibrated it. Driving down I5 to San Diego, it indicated I was driving IN the Pacific Ocean

The factory nav in our 2006 and now our 2009 have each done that a couple of times, seems to cure itself within a few minutes.

Re-index the window and re-set the digital clock. Both very easy.
