This weekend I was driving back from a day at the track and like usual I had my factory sound system (Nav/ touchscreen) on XM2 and my iPod playing through the GM PAL module. All of a sudden the music cut out and then returned but it was FM radio. I started messing with the controls and realized that the XM button was missing from the screen. I tried to unplug and replug the iPod hoping to re-establish the connection but no go. I eventually figured it was just a computer glitch and hoped that once I turned the car off and then back on again everything would come back. Nope. Even after sitting all night nothing. There is simply no XM button used to cycle XM1/ XM2.
Has anyone ever experienced this before? Is this a known problem on a the C6? I've never heard of it myself. Could the PAL be causing a problem or could something have come loose?
