None so far.
The only "repairs" are three column lock module replacements (being this is an '05, my sincerest thanks to GM for making sure that not only can't car thieves not drive away with my car but sometimes I can't either ), both drive axles (done under GMPP for the deductible) and a water pump.
I have replaced at my choice, the serpentine belt, brake pads at 76k for GM ceramic and am 20% into my third set of OEM tires.
Car has full Z06 exhaust from manifolds to tips, SLP Blackwing, ported TB/intake, 2nd Gen MGW shifter, Z-51 front/rear sways with OEM bushings and 4.10s. Still riding around on the original shocks (F55), brake rotors and clutch (MN6) (I am actively looking to replace the clutch soon as I don't want to get stranded somewhere if it gives up and check the torque tube couplers while the guts are out for the clutch.)
This is the encouragement needed to really enjoy these cars......there is one Burgundy C5 coupe here in Kona with well over 100,000 miles, I am told, and it looks great on the road.
Thanks!

Other than the above, no issues.
Everyone knows that modified Corvettes can't last...
