Going to a car show tomorrow and the love bugs are thicker than I have ever seen them. I'll have to clean the car again when I get to the show.
I thought the love bug plague was a Fall event. When do they come out and when do they die out? My sister lives in Sarasota and I was thinking of driving down to visit her in September.
I feel your pain, ha ha. I got caught in them in FL many years ago. They were so bad they would plug up the radiator and make the car overheat. What a mess!
They come out twice a year here. They are the worst ever. If you leave em on your car for more than 48 hours, your paint is ruined. I think you'll be OK in September.
