Well battery went dead the other day, and sure enough one window will index and the drivers side will not. I tried the sequences in the book and on the forum search. Out of ideas, anyone have anything for me?
There's a fix in the owners manual...something like roll the window all the way up then hold the up button for 3 second then repeat...it worked for me...maybe it's 5 seconds can't remember
Disconnect Battery then reconnect open window on drivers side first Roll window up Hold 3 second and let it down hold 3 second then roll up Now repeat passenger side same way. You have to reset your DIC settings

He's done that.
For some reason the window has lost it's home location in the upper position. The sensor thinks it's all the way up when in fact it isn't. Disconnecting the battery for a period of time will clear the error in the window module memory and it should revert to normal.

I saw a post a few weeks back with the same problem. If you have the "window valet" installed remove it.
When I first did it, I only disconnected the battery for a minute or so, and then reconnected. Did nothing. Tried it again, this time leaving it disconnected for 45 minutes. That fixed it.
Seems that extended time clears the memory and reverts it to normal "home" settings.
