Default Lug Nuts

Hi people:
I have seen in many cars painted lug nuts like green, gold, blue, yellow, I am interested in this for my 05 DSOM,any tips, suggestions or recommendations on it. How is the care or maintenance for them, Thanks a lot.

I like my nuts natural. Then a little soap and water and gently dry

I prefer the blow dry method myself! But that's just me, YMMV?

The Titek product are race-grade, hi-tensile aluminum - no issue at all...

It would seeem to me that the paint would be difficult to make stay on the lug if you ever plan on taking the wheel on and off the car. Unless the lug nuts were made such that the paint was in a protected area...maybe recessed...it would easily be scraped off by a socket wrench.

Yes... natural nuts are the best. You didn't want to get into a Driver Information Center discussion I hope!

Default Orange Lug nuts

I have looked for Orange lug nuts to go with my Atomic orange vet with black wheels. I can only find 'tuner' nuts that are two narrow (not an acorn nut' and do not work on stock wheels. Any idea where to get them?
