Foot Well Lights

I did it....I only did my drivers side though, just to get access to the wiring. I just used a screwdriver to pry out the plastic "rivets". Then, I was able to get to the bulb housing, remove it from the plastic footwell housing and snip into the wiring. PM me if this isn't clear. I can send you exact pics.

Especially for the pass side, If i can just pop it out it would be nice, I tried popping it out (last night) but it was fighting me all the way. I just don't want to break something

It is easier if you just remove the upper kick panels. The passenger side has only 2 push pins to secure it. Locate the 2 pins and pull straight down on the panel to free the pins. Then pull straight towards you because a loose fitting cylindrical pin is engaged in the back.
I believe the drivers side has 3 push pins. Two in front and one in back.
The pins are the soft plastic serrated type. Only have to pull them out by pulling on the panel near the pin.
You can then clearly see how to remove the light.
I had mine out 2 weeks ago, fairly simple process.

Use a larger screwdriver to pry in there and pop the cover off. They're tougher than they appear to be. Just start from one end and work it down. I've done it a few times when I installed my LED strips.
