So, I stopped by my parents house for a visit. I couldn't resist taking a photo on my way out the door. Mine is the 08 Machine Silver and my father has the 06 Monterey Red. He'll never see this photo because I parked my front tire on his lawn by accident. LOL

Your lucky to still have your Father! Lost mine two years ago and miss him telling me how many things I was doing wrong! Retired at 52 couldn't have been all bad dad!
Speaking of Dads, I really wish I could show my Corvette to my Dad and take him for a ride. He would have been impressed and would be proud I think.
He died in 2006, and I didn't buy mine till 2009. He bought some nice cars when he was single, but never splurged on a car after he was married with children.
A buyer picked up my '92 on the saturday that I got home from the NCM with my '07. I have a pic like this documenting the few precious hours that I owned 2 vettes at the same time.
I lost my dad 23 years ago and I think how proud he would be to see my car - I am sure he would have borrowed it on many an occasion
