Need Help With Brake Install
08 C6 Z51. One of the Russell braided steel brake line leaks at the steel line fitting (not at the caliper fitting). I have been told that corvettes sometimes have this problem and it is due to corrosion on the factory fitting. Chasing the threads seems to fix the problem by allowing the fitting to be properly tightened. Does anyone know what the thread size of the factory fitting is? Again, this is the factory fitting on the factory steel line that directs brake fluid to the caliper. Thanks. John
