MGW is a good one and Hurst is also a nice shifter. I have a Hurst in my car and love it. It has positive stopping set screws to take some of the stress of you shift rails when you grap gears. Its super adjustable in every aspect. Im not sure about the MGW. The B&M does not have these stops built into it. I just installed a B&M for someone and wasnt really impressed by its design.
I just put the MGW in my 07, and should have done that long ago. Makes the stock shifter seem Fred Flintstone-ish!
MGW has a great reputation, and if you have an outdated version, they will even trade you up with sort of deal! Well designed, and what a result!
MGW all the way!
