Take note to that green car in the top right area. I saw this magazine in stores the other day, and I actually looked through it and was 100% digusted with what I saw.
What? That someone put 26's on a Vette? Who cares, if they want to look like an idiot redneck let them. It's not our problem!! Look at some of the overdone modded Corvette's on this forum alone, lot's more of them out there than guys rolling on 26's lol.

They are in a whole different world when it comes to "Pimping" their rides. I really do not have much to say, let them spend their money and do their thing.

Seen the car on here before. Who cares what someone else does to their car with their $$$.
I as well don't like that look. Big rims look good on lowered or bagged sport trucks and SUV's.
It has to be done right otherwise it does look gawdy.
In my opinion they werent' meant for sport cars or super cars like a corvette when you want to keep the lower stance and otherwise you get the " donk " look. When you see Corvettes with 22" wheels you feel like thats maybe borderline pushing the envelope because the rim is big and the tire is thin, it doesn't look horrible but with a corvette it just doesn't seem right. To each their own but Corvettes look great when lowered even on stock OEM rim stances. 18-19 inch and look good as well 19-20 but anything bigger for my tastes doesn't do it. To each their own, but yeah that look I am not feeling it.

It's America, you have every right to F@#$ up your car.

Can you actually say that with a straight face and your nose not growing?
I have seen you in some of those "look at my new mods threads" Seems like half this forum cares about what someone does to their car with their money.
Yes, everyone does have a right to modify their car however they feel, and this is 100% perception. When I see Evo's (I had two before I moved to a C6Z) that are SLAMMED and not racecars, I cringe..How can you drive a car that's an INCH above the ground?! The same goes with a car with wheels that are so big, you have to raise the car to put them on. I've seen numerous Donks with 24"+ wheels. Have you ever seen one do a simple task, such as getting out of a parking lot? Half the time they can't turn much, and have to do a 5-8 point turn.
Totally impractical, imo...
EDIT: even more impractical than having a 600+rwhp corvette, I mean
