2005 convertible
I am having problems with putting the power top down. When the button is engaged, the windows come down and the top starts to go down, but then stops halfway and the deck lid will not open for the top to go into. Does anyone have a solution??

I'm guessing it is a position sensor out of whack. You might check the trunk area to make sure the "partition" is fully/correctly engaged. Any DIC messages?

Sometimes the top is stubborn and just needs a little push from you to make it function properly. Give it a little push, and it should continue to do it's disappearing act for you. It has happened to me on occasion.

Mine has done this on occasion and it has always been that the partition was not fully engaged. It appears to be but when I "unsnap" it and "resnap" it it works as it should. You may want to try this. Just a thought and hope that is all it is.
