Yes, the guy can drive, but it was a completely irresponsible and idiotic stunt. If ANY of us on here did that, we'd be handcuffed in the back of the Police car, but I'm sure Kyle will just get his hand slapped a bit. I think NASCAR should park his dumb *** for the rest of the season, but since he's one of their favorite "bump and run" guys, I'm sure they won't. Boy needs a serious attitude adjustment.
