Ls3 power

I've got an 09 vert z51 car.6 speed.It's stock other than MGW short throw shifter and ZR1 spoiler..It's Cyber Gray,black top red interior.I drove it to work yesterday with top down of course. I hadn't really got on it since I've had the short throw shifter.I have to admit in 2 years I've missed 3rd gear twice when I got on it and stopped doing it.Bad day at work and leaving the parking lot left 2 nice black streaks to the cheers of my co workers.(I had run to locksmith 30 min earlier and engine was still warm)So on a country road with traction control off I took off in first not really laying any rubber,shifter to 2nd at 6 grand laying down alot of rubber,car sideways.I've got a C5 ZO6(404 RWHP) I track.Shifted to 3rd at 6 grand without lifting off power.Holy crap laying all kinds of rubber,car sideways.I just stayed in it.Huge smile on my face and just made easy shift to 4th.I never looked at speed as I was busy but wish I had.These cars just flat out get it.

took mine to an abandoned air strip last year did the same thing with a friend from the gym, it got her screaming! she's a deputy sheriff in the county below me, LOL.
