On my 09 to pair my phone up to BT I am supposed to hold down the upper button on the left side of the steering wheel for at least two seconds according to the manual. I have held it down for much longer than that and nothing happens, also that is supposed to mute the radio and that does not happen. Do I need to take this in to a dealer to get the button fixed?
Neither one of the buttons on the left side of the wheel work for Onstar either. I have to use the phone button on the rearview to connect.
