What do you all use for interior detailing? We just got the car on Friday and have already used Zaino on the exterior, but am not sure what to use for the interior.
I just have not really ever found anything I like to use on the interior ~ especially the door panels. Anybody have any recommendations?

z10 leather conditioner on everything... door panels too. uv rating of 40. no greasy shine...just richens the color.. whole car smells like a leather shop, brand new.
I really like the "Detailers Pro" line from Autogeek. They have an excellent total interior cleaner, and a total interior protectant that I bought together on their buy one get one sale. By far the best solution I have found to cleaning and protecting with little or no visible shine. The only bad side is that it has banana scent, which fades over the course of a few days. If it smelled like leather it would be perfect.

I use the same and it's fantastic. The DP total interior cleaner is an awesome product.
Aerospace 303, easy to use, leaves a nice natural look and has UV protection.
I'm a recent convert to this stuff. I used Meguiars Vinyl Protection for quite a while, but I was still getting some "ghosting" on the black Ebony door panels. The 303 cured it and I found it's OK on the seats as well...not slippery.

Wonderful stuff! It will bring chalking plastic back to looking great! No Lie. Works great on boats that sit in the weather and convertible tops, also.

I like 303 but I cant find it anywhere anymore. I've had to resort to internet purchasing to get it. Ive used it on all my cars and always liked the result. Nice clean non greasy look.

You can try RV stores or and canoe/kayak/watersports outfitter, they usually stock 303.
