I'm changing my wheels to 20/20 and am thinking about using pfadt inverted adjustable shocks to help with lowering the car. I wanted to do coilovers but would prefer not to spend that much if I don't have to. I don't want the car bottoming out. I won't be tracking the car. My question is can I accomplish this with only the shocks?
Thanks. I was going to lower on stock bolts. I just needed the shocks to assure that I would not bottom out the car and that the ride wouldn't be so bad.

The shocks are great. I have them set on 0 front and 2 rear and at those settings they are similar to my Z51s but are butter smooth and there is no wheel hop.
The shocks have a reduced piston shaft length so the shock does not bottom out internally on a lowered car, but a shock is not designed to prevent the car from bottoming out. They are to remove the oscillations from the spring.

It's still a great shock ........
Do you guys think that if I lower the car that these would be a worthwhile investment? I want the ride to remain as smooth as possible.
