Rubbing sound!!! Help

When I first get in my car and im backing out of the drive-way and turn my wheel sharp but not all the way, I hear/feel a rubbing like sound even when i put it in drive and drive off at a slow speed the sound continues, but it goes away when I continue to drive.... This is on my 07 3LT C6 LS2. Im wondering if it is a suspension kind of deal that is normal or maybe you guys can help me out with this!

I did change the tires but even when it was on the stock tires it still made the sound...

Normal in low speed hard turns. Fat tires turning in different arcs.
