Storage Room
I am buying a 2008 coupe. It has both tops. I will need to drive it 1,000 miles home and am wondering how much storage room it has with the extra top stored in the back. Do I have room for a carry on sized luggage bag? If not what are my options? My wife will be going with me so the passenger seat will be occupied.

you would be better off carrying a couple of large duffle bags. I think you could get a carry on in there but the duffle bags will flatten better and wont slide around as much.

I agree on the duffle bags since you will probably stop for only one night. Well, I guess one night. You might want to pack for a few nights since you will most likely have so much along the way you will get side tracked!

Bring a 100% cotton beach towel to throw on top of any luggage that's stored under the top in your trunk, to protect against scratches on the underside.

My wife and I drove home from museum delivery and had the extra top, 2 airline type carry on bags, (on wheels) and two small duffel bags.
