Mini Van Cop
This morning on I-70 on the way to work I was going through town. I was doing about 5 over the speed limit of 60 in the left lane. Most traffic moving about the same speed. I approached a mini van in the right lane and just before I started passing him he jumped in the left lane and proceeded to slow to 50. He eventually passed the truck that had been ahead of him and I passed him, on the right, since he persisted in the left lane. When I passed him, he motioned in circles above his head which I assumed was a sign for cops ahead. About a mile up, he passed me at over 90...in his mini van! Don't ask me how I know how fast he was going. I gave him a thumbs up as he went by but it was really because I was happy to be rid of him. Why is it that people who have no business going fast want to play with someone in a Corvette?
