So I put CLR on my C6's paint today...
...and it worked amazingly well. Took about 30 min to get the guts to try it.
I've had these terrible water spots for weeks now. I tried 4 kinds of waxes, clay bar, 3 kinds of vinegar and nothing really worked. I was about to take it in to a body shop for a full wet sand when a friend of a friend who works at a detail shop said CLR would get out any water spot known to man.
He said most people won't go near their paint with it or cut it with water which weakens the solution. He said to just pour an ounce of it on a microfiber cloth, rub in well then clean with a spray wax/detailing mist immediately.
My paint has never looked this great, so if any of you are having water spot issues, this is legit solution.

Glad you got it taken care of.
You should've tried a polish first though. I've never met any water spot that could stand up to even a light polish like M205 on an orange pad.
You've got to be kidding.
