My 2005 corvette battery just went dead and when I put in a new battery the car went in to limp mode and says reduced power with check engine light. When I scanned the code it says learning problem with tps, has anyone had this problem? And if so can anyone help me with a solution. Thanks in advance.
Look at the voltage on your DIC. What voltage does it read with/without the engine running?
These cars do crazy things without adequate battery voltage. You don't want to assume that just because you have a new battery that it is actually charged and in good shape.

I was thinking the same exact thing. When my battery went bad I bought a brand new battery and it was bad. Changed it out and everything back to normal again. Good Luck!

I bought the battery at the chevy dealer and they check them before they leave and I thought the same thing as you guys so I put the trickle charger on it and withing 30 minutes it was at its top level.
There is a procedure you have to do once this happens which does happen frequently I was told, I just didn't want to have to go to the dealer if someone had already done the procedure and could explain it to me.
