Weird Issue

Lately, I am having to re-index the windows. I set them and the next day they will not go all the way up once the door is closed. Also, the DIC is action up. I have it set to not display anything and spuratically it shows odometer. Is this a sign of the battery going? Or do I need to the full wipe of FOB and reprogram from scratch? Thanks

You need to have your car battery checked.
