hi, I want to know the meaning of the GM logo that is in the the back panel in the bottom on both sides of a 2006 Corvette. I have a 2005 and not have it, my brother bought a 06 and you have them. THANKS

"Brand Identification"......they put them on everything.
Then the "new GM" discontinued them in Aug '09.

Yes. They're about the same size as the gum pieces, hence the name. They differentiate the "old" GM from the "new" GM...or something.

I'd be happy to sell you mine.
All you need is one sheet-rock screw per side to put them on.
Came off real easy once I discovered the right tool was a 2" hole saw.

I tried the fishing line technique but I couldn't operate the spinning reel fast enough and the fish hooks hurt my hand.

Don't know how they got on his 2006? They didn't start putting them on till 2008.

Incorrect. They began putting them on at the beginning of the 2006 model year and stopped early in the 2010 model year.

They came on my 07 from the factory so....
