One thing thats curious from the pics is there are two sets of RCAs running from the Eclipse EQ to the Diamond amp, yet the Rear Slave button is pushed in on the amp. That would set the rear channel of the amp to run off the front RCA input, so there's no reason to have two sets of RCAs between the EQ and amp.
Also strange is that the EQ is set fully flat... So it's really not being used... Except maybe to split the one set of outputs from the LCA6 into two sets of signals to the amp (and then both aren't used because the Slave button is on).
First thing I would do is determine if the front speakers are running off the deck or off the amp. If you pull the fuses from the amp, do you still have sound from the front speakers? Can you get the front speakers to full output?
If so, the amp must be running the rear speakers in bi-amp mode. If you can get to the back of the rear speakers, are there two sets of wires running to the coaxial speakers?
Fronts don't run off the head unit only, if I shut off the EQ, nothing out of the front but subs still work kind of. I am fairly certain each coaxial speaker has a dedicated wire and the subs one wire for both.
The settings were all put to neutral as the prior setting were pretty bad, also someone had the gain set way too high. I was hoping someone could help me with the settings to get crisp coaxial and mellow thump base without that big vibration. I like a little thump but nothing like what the young guys do to rattle the doors, roof, etc. I like to hear the music and vocals with a little thump.
Now I need to look at the EQ and see why I lost my fronts. I must have switched something.
Also, there is a circuit breaker under the hood to shut off the rear amp. I may try turning it off to see what happens to the fronts. Not sure how I lost the fronts and got only rear subs.

I am the second owner.
If I remember correctly there are some add on tweaters in the front.
They are mounted on the top of the dash near the front window, in each corner.
I don't think they are part of the Bose system, but they might be.

Anybody know what the Bose system came with from the factory with the NAV system? I am on vacation this week so away from the car. After playing with the EQ and not really knowing what I am doing, I think it's going to the Custom stereo shop when I get back. I'm sure they can check the equipment and figure it all out. I know the lower door speakers are stock Bose so I will be replacing them with something a little better. Maybe a couple of Memphis Audios 6.5" mid and tweeter components. Leave the rear subs and disconnect the rear coaxial.
Bose speakers are mounted in the doors (3.5" dual cone + 10" sub), so if there are additional tweeters on the dash, they're aftermarket.
If you shut off the EQ in the trunk, and only the subs work, there are a couple of possible configurations. Either they rewired the inputs to the front end amp so they come from the EQ, or they're running the front speakers off the aftermarket amp.
The subs still work because their input comes directly from the LCA6, and do not route through the EQ like the front and rear channels.
The configuration sounds pretty messy, so it sounds like a good idea having a shop (or someone familiar with 12v audio) take a look. Too bad you're not closer to the NW.
THANKS... I think you are probably right. So what are good speakers for the doors if I have the tweeters in the dash? Or should I just get components for the doors and not worry about the dash since those point up at the windshield anyway?
The speaker locations in the door are too low for proper imaging and best high frequency reproduction, so some people move them up to the door or dash. I havent heard them in the dash, but there are other negative side effects to dash top mounting. Hard to say which location would be better.
