Default Corsa Xstream question

While in Carlisle I had Corsa Xtreme axle back exhaust installed on my 2009 6spd manual coupe.
I didn't have the cross over pipe installed because the installers told me that with the 2009, Chevy made the pipe similar to theirs, and it probably wouldn't be neccessary to change. Car sounds great, but I get a lot of "burbling" when I decelerate. is this normal or would the Corsa cross-over pipe reduce this.
Also at cruising speed I do get a mild "drone" and I was wondering if anybody installed the "Blockit" sound deadner from TKO performance, and if so did it reduce the "drone".
Thanks for any comments.

Charlie

Corsa Xtreme rear exhaust and Corsa x-pipe here on otherwise stock '05. No drone and very little pop/burble. Hope this helps.

Put 4.10s in it. No drone and a whole lot more fun to drive
Those are the gears the car should have come with. Best upgrade I have done to the car.

I have them on my 2008 without an "X" pipe. Sound is great.

The burble on your LS3 is what sold me. I was driving in FRONT of you.. and could hear the pops & bubbling behind me. I was hooked at that moment and couldnt wait to get my own.

Burble and pop is what it's all about! When I had my old Sport system with offroad x-pipe I could shoot flames almost a foot!

The Corsa X pipe is designed to reduce the drone and increase performance just a smidgen........

The popping is normal on the Sport exhaust

If you have headers you can't use it.

It will not completely eliminate the drone but will definitely help.

Thanks for the replies. The burbling/poping doesn't bother me, its just a little more then I expected, so I thought I would ask about the x-pipe to see if that changed anything.

I have Corsa Extreme and x-pipes on my 2007 coupe. Very little drone, but burbling is pretty significant.
I also have cam, and get compliments all the time on the sound.

Well I went to go see Ed over at TKO and I purchased the "Blockit" sound deadener and it does reduce (not eliminate) the drone (drone is only present between 1300-1600RPM in 6th gear). Whats really nice about this product is that it greatly reduces road noise. Thanks Ed . All around, now I'm really happy with the sound .
