Default Wide Body Conversion Question

I'm ordering the parts for my wide body conversion, just for the rear for now and I have found 2 parts list and there is one difference between parts. Can anybody help me as to what the difference in parts is?

Rear Brake Scoops Outer
Left 15787683
Right 1584237

Then there is
25790357
29790358
listed as the same. Ideas?

The outer is probably the small black piece the snaps in from the outside of the fender. The other part will probably be the inner air duct to direct the air to the brakes. Only a guess.

These are the part numbers for the brake scoops outer pieces.

Not sure what the top numbers are for.

The bottom two parts are the current correct part numbers. These two items replaced 15787683 (L) and 15787684 (R) which was the original part number (at the second number you list is not a valid part number.

The original part numbers for the inner scoop are

15842370 (L) and 15842371 (R) which is what I think you were trying to type for your second item at the top of your original list.
