new engine options
I'm thinking of ordering a new coupe..are there any engine
options I should consider..

No, there's no engine choice. For any particular model of C6 you order, it will come with only a particular engine.

Agreed on both counts. Unfortunately, it's no longer the case where one can choose among six or seven engines when ordering a Corvette. The good news is that we now get as
standard an engine that's considerably stronger than what was the highest-powered optional engine in the "good old days", regardless of which model C6 you own.

No one that I know of are happy with the diesel, so I would stay away from that option.

The way I see it there are 3 engine choices, Ls3, Z06 or Zr1.
