changing shift **** aut4 for sequential
hi good afternoon ..
I bought a 2005 c6 aut. and has the square shifter **** .. and wanted to change by 2006. which is a round **** that I like more ..
at the store told me that one can not but I have seen that if you can put .. what is not is like ..
you can help me if anyone has had the same problem as me.?

I wanted to change mine but I just painted my push button black for now. I am going to work on a aftermarket **** **** for the 05. I have an idea and the tools to do it, just not the energy to make it happen. Have to get motivated.

They make an adapter that will let you use different ***** on C5s and 2005 C6 with A4.The shifter to **** connection is completely different for an A4 and A6. There is no way without converting a C6 shifter into a a C5. You would have to switch out a handle from a A6 into the A4.It can be done but kind of expensive. The adapter is called a CAU A4 Shift Adapter.You then can buy almost any standard ****.
