Where would I look to find the production "number", or is it even possible, of cars built "exactly" like mine? I've found list of numbers of units produced in my color, units produced with my interior, etc...., but nothing with the number of Corvettes that rolled off the assembly line with my color, interior, options, etc.... Thanks for any info!

No, not that exact information for combinations of options.
All you can do is approximate it by multiplying the % of each option built.
