I open my windows every time I park the car in my garage. I have neoprene seat covers too and didn't notice the smell.

Same for me.

I left the windows down while it was parked in the garage.

If you do not have a garage or a secure place maybe take them out and leave them on a back porch or somewhere for a day or two.

I remember how strong they were when I first opened them.

I agree with you.

Some people feel they need more padding for their azzes to "set" on, since they feel the factory **** sucks. My butt enjoys sitting on the real leather I paid for.

Too hot in summer. Too slippery all the time.

Leather sucks.

I would've opted for a durable fabric if one was available when I ordered my 09.

If you call it REAL leather It's the foam that goes flat, the dealer has replaced it once allready & it has gone down again.I think i will take it to a shop & have GOOD padding put under the cover.

Ken, people apparently have had issues with the padding. I understand that. My '06 has a bit over 21,000 miles on it, mostly local stuff (translate as a lot of in and out of the car), and my seats are like new.

Replacing the foam under the leather is OK, but my point was why cover the original seat hides with rubber? I'm sure folks have their reasons, as posted here. I never have seen the need or reason to.

God, that would have given the "cheap interior" few something else to shove at us when comparing our 'overpriced' plastic cars to Porsche, Audi, BMW, etal.
