In our car, when running on one fob the clock shows military time, and on the other fob it shows regular time. Nothing I can find in any of the options, or in the owners manual, explains this. I'd like to have it running on regular time with both fobs. Does anybody know how to change it?
Get in the car with just the FOB you want to change the settings on, adjust the clock, radio presets etc. and it'll remember the settings the next time you drive the car with that FOB.

To change the time default setting from 12 hour to
24 hour, press either the H or the M button for
two seconds to enter the clock mode. Press the tune
**** to select between the 12 or 24 hour display format.
The clock mode will automatically time out with the
changed display format set as the current default setting.
Press the memory button on the door and hold it for 2 beeps after you've set it the way you want it for the fob number corresponding to the button number you're pressing on the door.
I think Jim probably knows the C6's Owner's Manuals better than anyone else on this forum.
Thanks, but not really. I've just made it a point to copy each year's owner's manual to my hard drive. Then, when something comes up that I can quote the owner's manual for the MY belonging to the person who asked, I try to do so, along with the page no. so the person asking can look it up for more info..
Of course, I do get to remember a few of those things I looked up.
how my clock went to military time is beyond me; and no, it is not explained how to eliminate this in my 2005 manual. Thanks for telling me how to do this !!

Right. A long time member of the Corvette Forum told us how to do that when the '05s first came out. It is NOT in the '05 owner's manual.
If your car had a previous owner, he/she may have set it to military time with one of the fobs.
I worked for a USAF subcontractor for 36+ years, so I got used to military time and I've got it set that way in my '08 coupe. Also my watch is set to military time.

Do you have the factory NAV? In my car, with the NAV, the instructions on the clock are contained in the NAV manual.
