Email!
Seems like Josh checks and responds to it daily (good thing). Unfortunately we've been emailing back and forth for 10 days, asked him to contact me twice, he never called. Nobody answered the phone when i called or returned my messages (bad thing).
When he finally picked up the phone we resolved the issue in 5 minutes (good thing).
Now we're back to emails until the resolution is complete.

We did recently move. We have been having phone and email issues. They seem to be mostly worked out. It is always best to email me: Josh@rpidesigns.com. If I'm in the back of the shop on a press, I might not always hear the phone ring. I do check email all day long.
Like I said, we are back to normal - or pretty close today. We do apologize for the issues you may have experienced.
Our new shop is more than double the size of our old one - we'll be able to serve you better!
