I guess they could post advertisements in a certain area of the board if that's what the owner of the boad wanted, but it looks to me that the sponsors can pretty much advertise anywhere they want here (except maybe in the For Sale forum and 1 or 2 other areas)

But .. there paying to post there ads here, so they get pretty much free reign
