Guess you missed the word 'must' in his post.
Some states dont allow drivers to pump their own gas. They also dont charge anymore for the service. NJ is one of these states and gas prices are lower than surrounding states even though they 'must' pump for you.

Oregon is the other state. I work in Washington but live in Oregon.Gas is about 20 cents a gallon cheaper in Oregon.Self service and I have to pay more? I'll let someone else pump my gas except I watch them like a Hawk when its the Vette.
