You might be waiting a while for a reply/PM.
Don hasn't been on the forum since Nov. 22. Hopefully he is hard at work getting out the spoilers that he has orders for (from this sale).
I ordered mine on Nov. 14th and I have not received any shipping information as of right now.
Maybe it shipped yesterday (as he said it would when I talked to him yesterday) or maybe today.
I tried to contact him today via email and phone with no luck.
UPDATE: I just got a message from Don saying that mine has been shipped. He was not able to send me a tracking number since the message was from his phone and he didn't have that info with him.
I will post here with photos once I have received it.

That's what I am betting on.
The only thing that rubs me wrong is to give me several different 'expected' shipping dates.
However long it is going to take, give me a realistic shipping date that you can meet, and then ship it on that date and follow through with a tracking number.
If that is done, even if the ship date is out there an extra week or two, the customer will stay happy.
Under promise and over deliver, that is a great motto for a company to follow.

As mentioned earlier, Don emailed me from his phone yesterday saying that mine was 'on it's way' but he didn't have a tracking number with him. He said that he would get it to me.
This morning I emailed him again, requesting the tracking number. He finally got back to me tonight via a brief email from his phone stating that it has shipped but he didn't say how (Fedex, UPS, USPS?) and he still could not provide a tracking number.
He stated that he was moving his shop and his computer would be down until Monday.
Hopefully I will get it no later than early next week and I can provide some good photos of it.

hope so! i'd appreciate a little more communication from Don, but I know he's a good guy and he's probably busy. as we've discussed before, i'm not in a big hurry right now, but it'd be nice to have this thing painted and installed before christmas break.
updates when I get them!

Don, the spoiler didn't come today. You said it had gone out on Wednesday and you're in FL and I'm in NC.
I still don't know how it shipped or have a tracking number.
Was your shop move completed today? Can you get the tracking number info to me or at least tell me how you shipped it? (Fedex, UPS, USPS) ?????
Thanks, Randy

Couple of quick things that you guys may or may not have been informed of.
Over the recent few weeks, Don has been moving his operations over to another painting facility called Top Flight Auto Restorations. They are not affiliated with the Top Flight on this forum. But they are the ones who have painted most of the SS Vette cars, as well as a few of the "Other" company who was selling their product. They are a very high end shop.
Anyways, he has done this because he needed to ratchet up the build process.
About a week and a half ago, Don had some sort of severe issue with one of his eyes. He has Glaucoma (I think thats how you say it). Im not faliliar with this disease, but aparently he ran out of some of his eye drops a while back and has been so busy that he just never went back to the Dr. Well, from what I hear this is not a good thing with this eye issue, cause his eye ball swelled up severly. It got to the point where they had to rush him to the hospital, and insert a needle in into his eyeball relieve the pressure.
He is now having to get some sort of tube installed into his eyeball to help with the draining.
This has caused him to have some serious delays. To top it off his sight is so bad that he can barely see his email, or this forum while this is going on. For those of you who have gotten an email response, you may have seen the extremely large font he uses. This is so he can see what he is typing.
He will most likely be pretty slow over the next few weeks while he deals with this, but you will get your parts.
I speak to him quite frequently, so if you have any further questions, please feel free to shoot me a PM.
Hope this helps take the edge off of some of your concerns.

Yes, very sorry to hear about Don's health. Hope he's getting better.
On a side note, it sure seems I have bad luck with these kinds of "sales" over the years. I've often jumped in on these things only to have the seller move shops or have a rash of health issues. This has happened at least a half dozen times, lack of communication included.
I've been working on the assumption that I won't see this spoiler until well after Christmas. This news pretty much confirms it.
Oh well. Get better, Don. Sorry to hear of your troubles.

Just an FYI for others. I just got an email from Don with a USPS tracking number.
It looks like I should get mine tomorrow.
Don, indicated that mine wasn't the only one that has shipped.

I spoke to him last night, and informed him of this thread. He said as soon as he has the ability to physically read the posts, and reply, he will.
But he is aware of EVERYONES concerns.

Well, the USPS failed to deliver my spoiler today.
Hopefully tomorrow will be the day.
I'll post up some photos once I receive it.
