I hate dust! I always cover mine - even in the garage. Otherwise that's exactly what it looks like.

Something I did recently buy that I really like - a Spotless Water System. We have exceptionally hard well water. You hook it to your faucet on one end and hose on the other. Wash/rinse, walk away (or use your selected type of dryer), cover, done. No spots.

What's good about the system is that if you have exceptional dust, you can rinse it off with the system and just let the car air dry. No spots, no wiping, no dusters to mar the finish, etc.

I do the same thing. I bought two extra fuzzy light blankets that go under my car cover. I wash them every two weeks. I can't wash my car cover. It makes a soft, clean pad between the Vette and the cover.
