Do your led map lights stay on,low light

Press the dimmer control **** on the left side of the lower dash, turning it dim's the lights but pushing it will turn them off. It took me a while to figure it out when mine was new.

My LED map lights do the same thing. They are on so DIM that I never knew they were staying on until I checked them out one night in a pitch black garage.

It has something to do with the fact that the resistance in the LED is so much less than a normal bulb.

Just use a battery tender if your car is not going to be driven for a few days/weeks.

My led's do the same. Its nothing to worry about. Even after sitting for 2 weeks my car starts fine.

Hey john nothings gonna happen, mine do the same i would leave it for weeks and the car turns right on. Besides u have a battery tender!!!

Yep some do and some don't with the led map light upgrade. Like they already mentioned your battery will be fine.

NEVER MIND!, guess I did not understand the question. Sorry for the incorrect advice. Dont the lights get hot being on all the time?

No, LED lights don't get hot, especially at that current level (turned off).
