Putting Ruby II to bed
Up in Ma we have a shorter season than some. I had a coupon from GM for a few free oil changes, so why not! I live in western MA and called Dillan Chevrolet in Greenfield,where I grew up. Yesterday we drove up for the oil change and state inspection. We couldn't have been treated better. I read a lot about less than Chevy dealers, but I was very pleased with this one. I know its a lot of differance between an oil change and major repair. Based on my visit, I'd give them a chance for larger jobs. The trip was about 80 miles round trip, but aren't Vettes made for driving?
A bit of history with Cillan.My Dad knew the owner many moons ago and Dillan Chevrolet is where I got my first ride in a Corvette. I was 13 years old and on top of the world riding in a silver '63 split window coupe. My Dad and Tom Dillan SR were in the buckets and I was crammed behind the seats. A bit tight but I'll always remember that ride!So a big thank you to GM and Dillan Chevrolet in Greenfield Mass.
So now Ruby II gets a bath then hooked up and takes a deserved nap.
