I just wanted to let my fellow forum members know about these VERY high quality pucks. I took a picture of one of them. These things just scream quality. As always Katech delivers!
Those might be the nicest I have seen ........and probably the most expensive. I have two Vettes and 8 homemade hockey pucks.......hey, they grow on trees up here.

When I first bought my Vette there was a DIY thread about Jacking pucks and a lot of hype about why everyone absolutely needed them.
Well I made a set from hockey pucks & eye bolts, however I have yet to need these silly things. But just in case those pucks lie there, year after year waiting for that rare event when I just might need them

I've had repairs done and tire changes, no pucks used. I tell the facility that the rocker panels are not cracked now and that I will check them when they are done. I leave the pucks on the seat and they are never used.
I use my pucks all the time... so often that I lost one after I forgot to take them off last spring. Three stayed put and one went bye-bye.
I use the metal ones as the fit in my jack stands better. Now I have to find one puck in matching size... not very easy since they sell in fours. Maybe I'll lose my other three...

I can just imagine someone going down the road dropping their pucks all over the place. Now that's a funny story!!............

Like Racer, I made mine from a set of practice pucks my dear mother had salted away along with the remains of my old hockey stick. And yes, I did get some inquiring glances from the s/o when I hung them on the Christmas tree one year.
Hockey pucks are too hard to find around here. I thought about making mine out of some kind of hard plastic. Maybe composite decking? Has anyone ever made any out of something besides a real hockey puck? What did you use?
On the website is says "includes Z06/ZR1". Is there a different size for the Z? Or are these just a universal fit? I bought some pucks off of ebay claiming to fit the Z06/ZR1 and ended having too much space between the top of the puck and the frame of the car.
