Here's a couple of things if anyone is interested. A C6 front license plate frame in SSB, an original license plate bracket for a C6 in black and a C5 front license insert in black.

The C5 front plate has been claimed.

Do you think the adhesive would hold without poking holes through the fascia? I just looked at Top Flight's no-drill solution but it's $90. I wouldn't mind the factory one if the adhesive works but if you don't think so I will spend the $$ on the Top Flight. Sorry to be such a pain but I don't want you to go to the trouble of shipping it if I won't use it.
Thanks, this is awesome!

I just did some more digging. It seems that the adhesive should work but there are cases where they fall off or the plate rubs the paint until it's bare. I am going to pass and buy the Top Flight. Thanks so much for the trouble!

That plate looks like it's Jetstream Blue--if so, will it work for the rear? If it does, I'd like it if you don't mind

I have had to use a front plate here in NJ on all my C6's and have never had a problem with the adhesive. I have always used the color matched front plate, but I think that has the same adhesive as the stock bracket.

Sorry, it's for the front. And you are correct. It is JSB. I got my initials mixed up.

I'll take them.. PM sent

Thanks again..

Just to play it safe I need like 3-4 complete. I am getting some popping/crackling noises while driving and I found at least two pins that definitely need to be changed.

I sure could use a set of 2005 service manuals (in any condition) if someone has an old set! My 05 c6 is stock but I'm sure I can find something in the garage for a C6 to pay it forward. Thank you!!
