Default Logo removal

I stripped the logo off of the hatch on my C5, and am thinking of doing the same to the rear facia of my c6. Has anyone done this? I know the logo on my C5 frt was pinned and am wondering if it may be adhered or if it is pinned also on the c6.

Thanks for any responses.

an idiot tried to steal my front/rear emblems; broke both; no visible damage;

i was told to use heavy fishing line to work slowly under the emblems to pull thru the stickum; i had to finally use weedeater string;
no problem; no damage

IIRC the '05-'08 had alignment holes and pins and the '09-up were double sided tape. But maybe that was just the front.

Both the 05-08 and 09 up have two locating pins and double sided tape.

So the answer is they have alignment holes and they don't?
Which is it?

They all have to alignment pins and are held in place by adhesive. Removing them will leave two holes in the fascia.
