Color matched rear diffuser
Seeking photos of C6's with color matched rear diffusers. Also, is there a reason that more owners don't paint the rear diffuser?

I'd imagine the rear would look horrible that way. There would be nothing there to break-up the yellow/white/red, etc. The C5 guys were painting the indented lower part of the rear bumpers black just to break-up the color a bit and it worked. Thankfully GM designed the C6 this way from the get go.

Also I think the painted diffusers make the car look big.

I don't know that it would look terrible. The diffuser doesn't make the rear end of a Black of Cyber Grey car look out of place.

That's a very good reason and I think it looks fantastic on your car. The carbon fiber is a perfect compliment to the Cyber Grey.
I also saw a white C6 on the D2Autosport website with a color matched rear diffuser and from the shot they are showing it looks really good. I would post it but as a junior member I'm not allowed to post photos...yet.

Here is a picture of my old C6 Coupe with the diffuser painted VY. It held up really well with only one small rock chip that could not be seen.

I personally think it looks better. A completed look with the diffuser matching the body color. The white looks so clean. I like the color matched 3rd brake light as well.
Thanks for posting!
