if you're removing old one to put in a new one the easiest way is to have the cluster area opened. Pull down with one hand on back of dash and push forward towards windshield on bezel with the other. It's pretty much held in with pressure and the back clip

But the real question is, why do you want to remove the bezel?
If you're trying to repair or replace your HUD, well, you can't do it through the bezel opening.
Edit: Let me be clear... the "bezel opening" is on top of the dash -- the HUD image projects thru that opening.
If you're having HUD problems (shaky image, won't adjust, or ?), to fix it you will probably have to replace the HUD. Lots of related threads, like these:

happens pretty frequently (usually in the '05's),the retainer is plastic and breaks over time. You can either replace the unit itself or just replace the plastic peice with metal so it doesn't happen again.

Anyway, an experienced HUD installer (like Andrew6) can replace your damaged HUD in an hour or two. Or about 8 hours at a dealer because their procedure requires a more involved disassembly.
From another thread, more details on the pivot-that-fails :
My HUD Reflector pivot also failed. The pivot side (opposite the gear and motor) is a VERY poorly designed thin plastic piece. IMHO, this should have been a powdered metal part or a thicker more rugged plastic. Spent a good 14 hours removing and replacing dash/HUD. I purchased a used unit and checked the pivot and it also was ready to go so beware if you purchase a used unit. I modified the mount point of the reflector pivot with some .015 spring steel that I had in the garage. This is where the HUD reflector will fail and with this side broken the opposite side will also break rendering the HUD unusuable.
I went without my HUD for a couple of months and I'm happy that it's fixed again.
