Don't know about easy because you dont mention which radio your car has, but there have been several threads on this topic. One is a very detailed one on a Kensington product that a forum member installed. If you search the threads for "bluetooth streaming music" you'll find several threads. My guess would be that the cable connection options, of which there are many, are probably easier installs.

I have the NAV unit. I was thinking that since this technology changes so often someone may have tested a product that just came out. Surprised there were not more responses.
