I have searched but have a couple of questions.
Does the mid pipe have to be dropped to remove change the mufflers? If it isn't dropped how do you get room to take the muffler pipe off the mid-pipe? It seems it will bind before it comes off the mid-pipe.n
Can you change the mufflers using a jack and jack stands? How high do you need to jack the car up?

High enough to comfortably get under the car. Nothing more needed.
I just had a catback installed yesterday. It was on a lift but could have been done on jack stands but the finesse it took would make me nervous being under the car.
Midpipe needs dropped down, don't bother trying to do it without unhooking the mid pipe save yourself the time and trouble.
I did an NPP install late last summer, midpipe removal was easy and I didnt really want to do it but now that I have, I would reccomend it. Was very easy and nothing got damaged. Just start by removing joint at midpipe and midpipe hangers, use rubber mallet to seperate mid from mufflers after removing clamps, once seperated remove mufflers from rear hangers and slip em out. Was very easy.
