Show me your engine bays!!
I am in the process of changing the look of my engine bay. I just installed the billet valve covers and next I am looking at fuel rails, caps, etc. However, I would like to see what some others have done with thier engine bays.
Here is what mine looks like so far. I know the wire cluster needs to go. I am working on it...

I know a lot of people here like "Bling" in their engine compartment, however speaking for "myself ONLY" I cant justify chrome screws, red or blue oil catch can, etc..in the engine bay where it will never or very seldom be seen..
Now if your talking about wheels, OR wide body , I say go for it if you like that look... I'd rather spend my $$ on performance mods... When I was in High School, we had a saying.. "If it don't go, CHROME IT"
At that time I was driving a 1951 "Flathead Mercury" Yup I'm that old...
I'm "NOT" a "hater" of doing under hood mods for "appearance only, and if thats what your into I say "Go For It".. and enjoy whenever you have your hood open at a car show..

Here's mine - I have a cover coming for my brake reservoir still, trying to get CF for it but so far I've received two of the wrong one, may try a color-matched one instead if West Coast Vettes ever get back to me.

Here's mine. I know it is money spent on something that won't be seen that much, but it's my first and only Corvette and I get a kick out of 'modding it' to make it all mine. 
The supercharger will come when it is out of warranty.

Here is my engine bay, kind of lacklustre at best except for the Caravaggio c/f air box cover, but I do have mods in my engine bay they are just harder to see...
- Competition Cams valve springs, LS9 retainers and locks
- Lingenfelter GT9 camshaft by Competition Cams
- GM Head gaskets & head studs
- 160 degree thermostat
- Lingenfelter cast aluminum supercharger front cover assembly
- 2.38 inch diameter steel supercharger 10 bolt drive pulley - powder coated black - 11 rib
- 100 mm aluminum double bearing idler assembly
- Lingenfelter LS9 solid supercharger isolator coupling
- Lingenfelter ZR1 air intake system
- Increased boost level 12 - 13 psi
