2012 a6 upgrade?!
Just read in the most recent edition of Vette magazine of an upgrade GM did on the A6 and did no mention on it to media or other fanfare. There was a tweek done to make the 1-2, 3-4 shift with no delay and the article said it would match Porsche PDK shifting. Also said was that at this time GM will not offer the computer upgrade to existing A6 trannys. What gives with that. If it was only a computer tune then why would this not be offered as a update free. I own a 2011 and really dont have any issues with the way the manual mode shifts, but would like to have the option to the upgrade. Any others aware of this upgrade that is not been made known.
